Our foundation is rich in history

Kevin Stumm started working when he was 13 years old, pushing a broom and cleaning and stocking at his father’s manufacturing business. At age 21, he took off two years from school for the opportunity to work though out Europe. Upon returning, he attended the University of Southern California. In the late 70’s, he formed a Commercial Real Estate company and in 1983 cofounded Pacific Commercial Construction, Inc (PCC). As a 30 year PCC veteran, Kevin played a vital role in the company’s exponential growth. In 2013, he decided to begin a new business venture enabling him to expand his 3 decades of successful construction expertise and insight, both creatively and organizationally.
