PCC has performed both Design-Assist and Design-Build services and we are comfortable with either delivery system. Both systems function similarly when the team shares the objectives and goals of the client. Many customers prefer Design-Build with its single point of responsibility. Others prefer to retain authority over the design team and encourage contractor participation in the development of the drawings. We are happy to participate in the system that works best for our customers.
